Have you been formally trained on Abila MIP Fund Accounting? Do you have new staff members who need to hit the ground running? We understand that time is valuable so we’ve designed our “Quick Start” class to get you and your staff working more efficiently on MIP.
This 2-day Michigan training class focuses on primary financial activities, providing a strong foundation for new customers and a broad understanding for more experienced customers. You will learn core features of the AP, GL, and Bank Reconciliation modules, and how to modify basic reports and financial statements. Study topics include maintaining chart of account codes, system tables and settings, processing and correcting accounts payable and general ledger transactions, and reconciling bank accounts. You will also learn how to use the built-in reporting tools to create custom reports as well as basic financial statements.
Abila MIP Quick Start Course Overview:
The course will emphasize not only the mechanics of using the system but also shares the best practices of organizations efficiently using MIP. Sessions are conducted from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm each day, with an hour for lunch, which is included. Please arrive a few minutes early each morning to check in.
