Net@Work Names Paul Frydman Chief Operating Officer
Frydman, a widely respected industry leader, enlisted to help drive Net@Work’s growth and optimize performance across all departments and business units.
New York, NY — July 8, 2016 — Net@Work, a leading provider of integrated business technology solutions and a top Sage business partner, today announced that it has named Paul Frydman as Chief Operating Officer (COO). Frydman will work directly with Net@Work’s co-founders Edward Solomon and Alex Solomon on all corporate strategic initiatives and will directly oversee all of Finance, Operations and Human Resources. Frydman will be working with management to streamline the company’s operational infrastructure – its systems, processes and personnel – to support and promote its rapid growth objectives.
Before joining Net@Work, Frydman spent over six years as Chief Operating Officer for SWK Technologies (SWK). During his tenure, he was instrumental in driving the company’s significant growth as well as the expansion and diversification of revenue streams. Prior to SWK, Paul spent more than 12 years in various management roles overseeing implementations of business applications and technology solutions with other resellers, all in the SMB market.
“We conducted a thoughtful and thorough search for the right person to fill this position, and couldn’t be more pleased that Paul agreed to join our management team, particularly given his incredible track record in this industry,” said Edward Solomon, Net@Work’s Co-President. “We are eager to collaborate with Paul and leverage his considerable expertise in streamlining our business processes and making sure we’re hitting on all cylinders as we enter an aggressive growth period. Paul is also charged with helping us cultivate an employee-friendly culture that prioritizes productivity and engagement so we continue to attract the best talent in the industry. We expect this will serve to affirm Net@Work’s reputation of nurturing fluid and effortless business relationships with its vendors, customers, partners and prospects. We look forward to working with Paul, and toward a long and successful tenure.”
“I’ve gotten to know Net@Work over the years as a friendly competitor, and have always been impressed with their professionalism and for consistently making the right moves and acquisitions,” said Frydman. “Eddie and Alex have a strategic vision, and have built an amazing organization with top notch leadership and a family-oriented culture. My job is to find and fix inefficiencies, make sure that each department is aligned and in sync, and that we’re in position to deliver at a consistently high level during this period of rapid growth. I look forward to joining the Net@Work team and executing our strategic direction in the years ahead.”
