New York (April 7, 2008) - Net@Work, a leading provider of integrated business technology solutions (and just recognized by Accounting Technology Magazine as one of the nation’s top VARs), today announced that it has expanded its SAGE ERP, CRM and Accounting practices with the acquisition of Integral Computer Services (Integral) and Brian Shube Consulting. Based in Rochester, NY, Integral is a SAGE Business Partner and SAGE Software Developer. Brian Shube Consulting is a Long Island-based consulting firm specializing in Sage MAS 90 solutions and support. Customers of both Integral and Brian Shube Consulting will now have access to Net@Work’s full complement of business solutions, as well as its industry-leading support. The acquisitions add resources, expertise, and talent, providing existing Net@Work clients with an unmatched depth and breadth of support and service.
Integral will maintain its base in Rochester, enabling Net@Work to provide service and support to the broad swath of organizations across western and central New York. John G. Guglielmo, an original founder of Integral in 1987, will head up Net@Work’s Rochester office where he and his staff will continue to service the 150 clients they bring under the Net@Work umbrella. Mr. Guglielmo and his team will allow Net@Work to build the company’s presence across the region and provide a strategic base for business development.
Brian Shube will continue to serve and support his existing client base as Consulting Manager, while allowing Net@Work to broaden its Sage MAS 90 practice across the NY-metropolitan region. Mr. Shube will act as a client liaison and will handle communications regarding application updates, next steps during phases of ongoing projects and initiatives, and undertake various aspects of business development.
"Over the years, Integral and Brian Shube Consulting have helped hundreds of small and medium-sized businesses improve internal processes and maximize their ability to compete,” said Alex Solomon, Net@Work’s Co-President. “The acquisitions make us an even deeper, more versatile and agile organization, which in turn provides our customers with the fullest array of ‘on call’ expertise for all their critical business needs. Also, the addition of a Rochester office will become a major strategic asset, as it allows us to fully support the area’s businesses, while giving us a critical beach head from which to expand our customer base.”
“Maintaining a base in Rochester will allow us to provide a broader and deeper range of business services and support to Integral customers, while extending Net@Work’s reach across the region,” said John G. Guglielmo. “Integral and Net@Work have long shared a similar approach and philosophy: taking pains to understand our clients’ business goals, then designing, developing, implementing and supporting strategic technologies that improve and streamline business processes. We look forward to being a part of the Net@Work team and furthering the company’s reputation as one of the nation’s most dynamic, customer-focused value added resellers.”
“Few VARs in the area know the SMB space as thoroughly as Net@Work; they are second to none in providing growing businesses with complete business process consultation, implementing systems that are tailored for the way a particular customer works, and delivering responsive service and support,” said Brian Shube, former President and founder of Brian Shube Consulting. “Our domain expertise and business-focused technology consulting will give Net@Work an even stronger presence across the region, while giving our existing customers complete access to Net@Work’s broader array of consulting, network, web, and application services.”
“Both Integral and Brian Shube Consulting bring an unflagging focus on customer satisfaction, in keeping with Net@Work’s service-oriented business culture,” said Edward Solomon, Net@Work’s Co-President. “The acquisitions will provide customers of both organizations with Net@Work’s expertise across the full Sage product suite including system upgrades and migrations, as well as infrastructure support, web site design, ecommerce systems, document management, and CRM rollouts.”
