Email can be sent to our Help Desk; questions are triaged and responded to by the next available consultant. Beginning in March we will be presenting a monthly ‘Tips and Tricks for Sage HRMS and Abra Suite’ webinar, based on common questions to the Help Desk.
You can register for the free webinar through our website and look for posts to our LinkedIn Group “Alliance for Workforce Management”. On the topic of tips and tricks, we are starting our second month of weekly ‘lunch and learn” webinars – Fast and Focused. If you haven’t signed up for them yet, these free half hour how-to sessions focus on practical tasks in Sage HRMS and Abra Suite. March\April topics will include setting up accruals, downloading and applying updates, Crystal Report Charts, parameters and using Sage support sites.
