Updates for Sage 300
Our team at Net at Work has wrapped up celebrating Canada Day with our clients and consultants in Canada and the Independence Day in the USA but changes are heating up with Sage.
Sage has new payroll tax updates out for our Sage 300 US Payroll customers. Sage released a new product, Sage 300 Online SEOS which features version 2018 of Sage 300. Beta testing has begun for the 2019 release of Sage 300 which is due out mid-August. When Sage 300 and Sage 300 Cloud version 2019 are released, customers will be considered current on support with versions 2017, 2018 and 2019. If you are on a version prior to 2017, please contact your AM or Consultant for an upgrade.
With all the new features and functionality Sage has announced the retirement of Sage AR and AP EFT (version 5.1), its replacement will be Orchid EFT for AR and AP. Sage announced the Sage 300 ERP Online (RDS) (version 2016) program by December 31st, 2018, although not all of our customers are impacted by this, we need to prepare for your move now if your company is a Sage Online customer.
We are running a number of webinars to help your company with productivity over the summer. And starting the planning for the Sage 300 Lunch and Learn User Groups series to start in late September/early October featuring “What’s New for Sage 300 v2019”. We are planning all of our customer upgrades and installs for the year. Please connect with your account manager or consultant to plan your company activities for 2018.
We wish your company the best of success and are available to assist with any technology needs your many have.
