- Sage 300 Canadian Payroll Tax Update (January 1, 2021) for Sage 300 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018 – 7.3J
- Sage 300 U.S. Payroll Tax Update (Q4 2020) for Sage 300 2021, 2020, 2019, and 2018 – 7.3J
You can access current Payroll Updates for supported versions of Sage 300 on the Sage Customer Portal.
If you cannot open the download, our Sage 300 Consulting team is available to assist with the download and application of the payroll update plan and product updates. Please be aware that the Payroll Update Plan (PUP) does require most customers to also apply the Product Update for their versions of Sage software that they are on.
Payroll updates are available for customers with an active Sage Business Care Gold Support Plan. If you have a Silver plan you may need to purchase a separate Payroll Update Plan (PUP). To purchase a plan, please contact your Net at Work Account Manager if you have questions on if you have support from Sage.
Make sure you are logged in to the Knowledgebase and have proper permissions to view the download.

If you use third-party products that integrate with your Sage product, check with the vendor of your third-party product to ensure their product is fully compatible with this release. If you integrate with other Sage products, check with your business partner or Sage to ensure that these components are compatible.
In addition to the PUP updates for CAD and US Payroll you will also probably have to download and install the Aatrix application My Workforce Forms to be able to automatically file your tax forms.
Also with the COVID pandemic relief, you may need to adjust your payroll history before filing to properly account for any items that need special reporting.
The PUP plan typically deals with federal, state/province and most local withholdings required. In some instances you will need to read on the tax guides and properly adjust local and state requirements as needed.
