Mariam has led and developed CRM practices over her 19 years in the industry. She has had a strong focus on ERP integration and streamlining processes. She started off exclusively on Sage CRM before shifting her full focus to Dynamics CRM over the last 7 years. She has worked not only with her own team, but partner channels and other resellers in order to provide robust solutions to clients of all sizes. Her strengths are understanding client and industry needs, utilizing the power of marketing to grow at a rapid rate, delivering a top tier client experience, driving team efficiency, and cultivating unique and cutting-edge CRM implementation programs. She is considered a subject matter expert that uses her years of experience to empower, understand, grow, and inspire her team to continuously take clients to the next level on their CRM journey.
