Xavier is a seasoned IT professional with over 20 years in the IT industry providing service management across various industries, building and leading teams towards operational excellence, and delivering superior client experience.   Over the past several years he’s worked for global MSPs, including IT Authorities and Eze Castle, leading high-performing service delivery teams and innovating in the areas of automation and continuous quality improvement.  He holds various certifications including ITILv4 and Six Sigma.  As Consulting Manager, he will lead our service delivery team with a deep commitment to service excellence, employee development, and customer success.  Xavier, father of twins, is originally from New York and is now living in New Jersey with his wife for the past 20+ years.  He enjoys cycling, woodworking, and Friday night date nights with his wife.
