According to CIO Magazine it is estimated that up to 13.3 billion dollars are lost annually due to project errors that can lead to ERP project failure. Obviously, failure is the last thing anyone involved with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation wants, but dealing with a ‘bad project’ is exactly where many organizations find themselves at some point.

Tackling this issue, Gayle Heskiel, Director of Professional Services at Net at Work was a guest on Linked Local Broadcast Network’s Tech Talk with Fred McMurray for a discussion around the top 10 reasons ERP implementations fail.
