ANNUAL LUNCHEON

Balance Her Crown - Without Telling the World It Was Crooked

In 2019 Net at Work launched an exciting new initiative, Women at Work, to support the advancement of women in technology. We have had an unbelievable response to this initiative and can already see it making a difference. On March 7th, 2019, we hosted our annual luncheon for staff, clients and partners.

Inspired by International Women’s Day and their annual theme of Balance, our luncheon theme was also focused on balance – classic work/life balance as well as balance between the genders. We highlighted the importance of and illustrated how both men and women can better support the advancement and retention of women in their organizations.

Jeffrey Tobias Halter graciously agreed to be our keynote speaker and discussed what leaders can do to support women in their organizations. We also had a panel of executive women who shared their stories and engaged in an open dialog with the audience.
