In the latest release of Acumatica 2020 R1, you can now create a substitution list. No more doing VLOOKUPs before the import or using functions to calculate a value. Now, you can call the Acumatica Substitution List Screen (SM206026) by calling the function within the Import Scenario. Acumatica Quick Tip: How to Add Forms to Your Entry Screens
Do you or your customers have multiple forms for Sales Order or Purchase Order entry? If so, here is how to add the forms in Acumatica Cloud ERP to the reports menu on the screen so you don’t need to open another screen. Step 1 – Create the other form Create your other form and add it to the menu. When you add it to the menu, make you get the Screen Number which is shown in the URL. Step 2 – Modify the Automation Steps for the screen Below you will see that we added to the Sales Order Module Screen, with the Step ID of Purchase Order, a Report Action called Purchase Order. Is Your Acumatica Database Getting Full of Attachments and Images?
By default, Acumatica Cloud ERP stores the files attached to documents in the Acuamtica database which can grow larger over time. Alternatively, Acumatica can now store the files outside of the database – either in a local folder on the computer running the Acumatica ERP website, or in a public cloud using Azure Blob Storage or Amazon Simple Storage Service (Amazon S3).
