Online Training FAQ and Policies

Net at Work Annual Benefits

The annual Class membership includes unlimited classes for your entire staff to the Sage family of products and unlimited Microsoft classes on our schedule from January – December. We offer different educational tracks with classes offered throughout the year.

Class Size

Class size is limited. Please register early! We offer the ability to attend classes remotely by using a web-conferencing tool. When a class has filled, registrants will be placed on a wait list. Once there are two registrants on the wait list, we will add another class at a future date and will notify those on the wait list.

Class Start Time

Most classes are offered in a half day format. Morning classes are in session beginning at 10:00 am EST. Afternoon classes are in session beginning at 2:00 pm EST.

Attending Via the Web

All classes are offered remotely by using a web-conferencing tool. We will email our class curriculum at least 1 business day prior to the class.

Notification

Any questions about class syllabi, registration, class changes, cancellations, or substitutions may be made by emailing training@netatwork.com.

Terms and Conditions

Your class must be paid prior to attending the class. You may pay by company check, credit card or paypal.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Class Pass Member

If you cancel or reschedule your confirmed registration, you must notify Net at Work at least two calendar days prior to the class in order to avoid a $100 rescheduling fee:

No rescheduling fee if cancelled at least two calendar days prior to the class. $100 rescheduling fee if cancelled on the day of the class, or if you do not show up for the class.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by Net at Work

Net at Work may cancel a class due to an emergency, inclement weather or low attendance. A class may or may not be rescheduled. If a class is cancelled or rescheduled, all registrants will be notified as soon as possible. We will place all registrants on a wait list. Once there are two registrants on the wait list, we will add another class at a future date and will notify those on the wait list.

Net at Work is not responsible for expenses incurred due to cancellation or rescheduling.

Other Policies

Connections for our classes open up between 10 to 15 minutes in advance. We recommend you connect early to test your connection capabilities and get settled for the course. There will be at least one break during the class if the class is longer than 1 hour. The use of audio or video recorders is not permitted.

General Information for Activities

Depending on the course, activities may be part of the course. To participate in the exercises, you should be using the ABC Demo company in Sage 100 Standard and the ABX Company in Sage 100 Premium. If you do not have the ABC Company installed you can still participate in this class, but you will be unable to execute the exercises using the parameters given. You may create a test company using your own company or use your TEST Company but names, addresses, etc. may be different than those used for the exercises done in class.
