Net@Work Announces Acquisition of Eagle Consulting Group

Acquisition to bolster Net@Work’s support for Sage Software’s MAS 90; Eagle’s SMB customer base to gain access to Net@Work’s business-critical service and product offerings.

(New York, NY – August 09, 2006) – Net@Work, a leading provider of integrated business technology solutions, and a 2006 Sage Software Top Business Partner for both the MAS and ACCPAC product lines, today announced that it has expanded its Sage MAS practice with the purchase of Eagle Consulting Group, a top Sage Software MAS 90 and MAS 500 reseller in the Tri-State area. The acquisition bolsters Net@Work’s MAS practice and provides Eagle’s 200+ customer base with a range of core services geared to supporting small and medium-sized businesses (infrastructure services, software upgrades, web services, ecommerce systems, document management, and CRM rollouts). Eagle’s founder and CEO, Debra Ellis will serve as Manager of Consulting Services; she will be joined by Eagle’s MAS consulting team, significantly adding to Net@Work’s MAS expertise.

“We’ve long admired-and shared-Eagle’s commitment to superior customer service, which makes today’s announcement a big win for Net@Work and, more importantly, for our respective customers across the Tri-State region,” said Alex Solomon, cofounder of Net@Work. “The addition of Eagle’s MAS expertise and their long-standing reputation for stellar customer service makes it a seamless fit, enabling us to provide customers with unmatched resources and comprehensive support for all their technology-based business needs.”

“Today’s announcement is not only about integrating and extending specific IT expertise, it is also about integrating two cultures that have long focused on providing industry-leading customer support,” said Debra Ellis, former President of Eagle Consulting Group. “Our clients will continue to receive the attention they’ve come to expect, while gaining access to Net@Work’s core business services-which are designed to support the business goals of small and medium-sized businesses. By the same token, Net@Work’s MAS clients will receive the industry’s most comprehensive consultation and support.”

Founded in 1994, Eagle provided MAS 90/200/500 accounting software solutions and consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses in the Tri-State (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) area. The acquisition will firm up Net@Work’s MAS practice, further enhancing its standing as the region’s leading reseller of business technology solutions. Net@Work will give Eagle’s clients immediate access to a range of services beyond MAS support, including Network Infrastructure and Support, Information Security and Compliance Consulting, Web Development, Document Management, and CRM-as well as a guaranteed 4-hour support response time. Indeed, earlier this month, CMP Media’s CRN Magazine named Net@Work to its annual list of Fast Growth 100 Solution Providers.
