Four reasons you should be using your Sage Intacct Client Experience Plan more

We’re proud of the fact that nearly every Sage Intacct client we work with trusts us by investing in a Client Experience Plan (CEP) that entitles them to unlimited access to the product experts on our Consulting team.  This is one important benefit all CEP clients share, but depending on your situation and plan level, you may be entitled to more benefits and entitlements that you are underutilizing.

I tell our team that we not only want our clients on these service plans, we want them to use their plan benefits regularly.  Clients who tap into their plan benefits regularly get more value from Sage Intacct, use more of its capabilities and have a better overall experience with the solution.

Here are four reasons you should be taking advantage of your CEP regularly:

  1. Don’t get stuck – not sure how to accomplish a particular task or solve a problem in Sage Intacct? Don’t lose time poring over help files trying to teach yourself the answer – let our experts point you in the right direction so you can stay productive
  2. Take advantage of new features – each quarter Sage rolls out a new major version release. One of the main advantages of being on a cloud-native next generation ERP like Sage Intacct is that you don’t have to do anything – the new release is automatically rolled out to all customers, so you don’t have plan around a disruptive upgrade process.  Each release includes tons of new features that you will want to leverage.   In addition to our regular webinars providing overviews of these new features, our helpdesk staff is standing by to take your questions and help you find and utilize these new capabilities.
  3. Improve overall productivity and efficiency – our consulting team’s goal is to help you to truly optimize your finance systems and processes. Your regular questions and requests help us to recommend the best solutions in the context of your overall goals and objectives.   We leverage the collective experience of our team and the hundreds of implementations they have successfully completed in their careers to recommend the exact right solution.
  4. Your plan is unlimited – you can contact our helpdesk about issues big or small as often as you wish without incurring a per-case or hourly billing charge. No issue is too superficial, and we want to help.

We can’t meet our goal of helping you to meet your goals if we’re not talking.  The next time you are wondering about how to accomplish something in Sage Intacct or even are just wondering if something is even possible, please don’t hesitate to contact us.  We want you to try to stump us! 😉
