Sage X3 enables users to create customer, supplier, and product notes in an easy and convenient manner. Net at Work’s Enhanced Notes for Sage X3 provides an additional layer of detail on top of this native functionality.

Enhanced Notes allows users to use customer and suppliers notes and enhance its features to include new additional fields of setup, including BP Address, Site/Branch, Product, Category and Product Stat Group.

  • Notes will be displayed along with the different transactions in the purchase or sales process.
  • Notes will pop up at the moment the transaction is being created and will allow the user to make required changes.

  • Set expiration dates for notes.
  • Select the reports where the note is going to be included for each process, Sales or Purchase.
  • Auto Display feature to show the notes at the moment the transaction is being entered.
