Sage Intacct Implementation - Appendix A

Net at Work will be providing implementation and consulting services that will allow your organization to leverage Sage Intacct as their new unified system of record. Your organization would like to have Net at Work specifically assist with configuration, process/workflow design, data migration, and system training. At Net at Work, we combine innovation, proven technology and methodologies with the business expertise and strategic vision to drive and implement successful solutions.

We break down the process of implementation into five phases working for you to achieve deployment.

Plan: The first phase of the implementation will identify project team participants, examine considerations related to infrastructure & system prerequisites. A kickoff meeting will help to define your goals and requirements and establish a mutual understanding of the path we will take. During this process, your organization’s project manager will be playing an active and crucial role. This key team member will coordinate and act as the liaison between Net at Work and all members of the organization’s project team as we identify milestones, requirements, and a timeline for the project.

Requirements: The second phase entails gathering requirements and developing a solution design. During this phase we will analyze your requirements and goals in detail, architect a design for the proposed solution and define success criteria for this implementation. Throughout the gathering of information, there may be business areas of gaps where the product may not fulfill the business needs and an internal business process change is not valid. These requirements serve as the baseline for the project scope. Additional requirements or changes discovered during the project are managed via the Change Order Management process.

Optimize & Prepare: The project team will begin to build your solution. The results of the configuration analysis will be used to optimize the out-of-the-box system and tailored to your needs. The project teams will also prepare your solution to include all the requirements and customizations identified during the requirements phase. We will coordinate rollout training plans, establish your support strategy, and prepare all support staff with the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.

Evaluate: Phase four brings us to the Pilot testing phase. This is the chance for users to evaluate and validate the implemented version of the software prior to the rollout. Though it is not expected, if further changes are needed, there is an opportunity at this stage to make any final fine tuning of the system, reintroducing the Change Order Management process. Once fine tuning is completed, finalize rollout training plans, establish the support strategy and prepare all support staff with the necessary tools to succeed in their role. At this point, training sessions are provided, and access is established for all system users. User profiles are set up and critical fine-tuning has been accomplished.

Launch: Full deployment begins! At this point, fine tuning has been accomplished, training sessions are provided, user profiles are finalized, and system access is established for all users. This includes onsite support to validate data and operations, as well as planning to handle requests for assistance from users of the system and establishing a level of support solutions.
