Tom Hughes joined Net at Work in 2023 as the Director of Technical Services for IT Managed Services. For over sixteen years, Tom has distinguished himself as one of the highest technical and certified systems engineers within a managed and professional services capacity as well as lead multiple national and global Managed Service Providers/Master MSPs within their service delivery operations in Director and vCIO capacities.

Throughout his career, Tom has been known for his ability to build highly scalable and collaborative service desk teams by utilizing his many years of technical engineering both within systems and networking. Tom’s ability to lead by example with a ‘customer first’ work ethic as well as hold high standards of accountability, professionalism, and integrity yield’s the best customer experience.

As Director of Technical Services, Tom will leverage his keen sense of metrics to drive continuous improvement of Net at Work’s Managed Services operations while driving out inefficiencies, increasing customer satisfaction, and enhance our overall service delivery offering.

Tom resides in Fuquay-Varina, NC with his wife, three children and three dogs.
