As the Practice Director for Net at Work’s Employer Solutions Practice as well as a Human Resource professional, I am proud of the commitment and dedication of our team to always seek ways we can improve the services and resources we provide to our customers. We have daily interactions with our customers which is where we gain insight as to our customers’ constantly evolving business needs.
Our Consultants interact with our customers, assisting them with their system setup, training new staff or helping to push the envelope as to what our different solutions can do to meet their ever-changing needs. Our Account Executives regularly call in to customers to make certain their solutions are meeting their needs or inviting them to the host of free webinars which Net at Work offers which are designed to help our customers maximize the use of their solutions. These interactions of our team with our customers give us an understanding and appreciation of our customers’ needs and an understanding of how we can best support our customers.
As such, they help to set in motion our continued planning process, designed to help evolve our resources, services and solutions that meet the needs of our customers as their needs change. Or we may see the need to inform and educate our customers to help their strategic planning process.

Our goal with this newsletter is to provide insight and focus on several topics which businesses need to think about and plan for before disaster hits. We’ve seen companies, some our customers, face difficult times because no plan was in place. Therefore, we thought it was important to provide our customers with the beginning framework so that you can create your own strategic plan. The primary topics in this newsletter are:
