Sage Software Product Rebranding Update | Sage Rebranding

By: | Category: ERP

As was announced this summer at Sage Summit, many of Sage Software’s Accounting / ERP product names such as MAS 90, MAS 200, MAS 500, Accpac and Peachtree, as well as Abra HRMS, will be renamed under a major rebranding initiative by Sage North America. As the details of the rebranding effort begin to be shared by Sage, we also learned that the following products will NOT undergo a name change: Sage ERP X3, Sage Pro, SalesLogix CRM, SageCRM and ACT!

The rebranding will follow the European Sage brand strategy. Each product will have a Sage name followed by a number.

Sage MAS 90/200 » Sage 100 ERP
Sage Accpac » Sage 300 ERP
Sage MAS 500 » Sage 500 ERP
Sage Abra HRMS » Sage HRMS

While Sage expects the new naming convention to be gradually implemented during 2012 (Abra in April 2012 and Accpac and MAS ERP Products not until November 2012), current Sage users will begin receiving Sage communications about the rebranding as early as January.
