Beginner Crystal Training

Get additional one-on-one assistance after the course to help create your own report or to answer your specific questions. The office session must be scheduled and used within two weeks of the online class date.
Beginner Crystal Training (Level 1)
This Beginner Crystal training course will provide you with the building blocks necessary to:
- Modify and share reports with other authorized users
- Locate the data files within your HRMS system
- Understand Data Dictionary structures used in existing reports
- Add and modify fields to existing reports
- Use basic formulas and expressions
- Utilize existing reports available on the Sage website
Advanced Crystal Training (Level 2)
Prior basic Crystal knowledge or training is strongly encouraged prior to taking the Advanced course, which will cover:
- Introduction to the Linking Tables interface
- Creating a report with Multiple Tables
- Special Fields and Charting
- Formulas and Expressions
- Building a Report with Formulas
- Introduction to Conditional Formatting
