Keeping You Up-To-Date With Information About Employer Solutions / HRMS
From the Desk of the Employer Solutions Practice Director
This month marks the three-year anniversary of the merger of Dresser & Associates into Net at Work. As we built and grew Dresser & Associates into one of the top HRMS solution providers, we always strived to be the best. Being customer centric was our centerpiece.
One of the reasons for our decision to merge into Net at Work was because Net at Work had the same desire to put their customers first.
Over the past three years the Employer Solutions Practice which I oversee at Net at Work has consistently strived to exceed our customers’ expectations.
“We will chase perfection, and we will chase it relentlessly, knowing all the while we can never attain it. But along the way, we shall catch excellence.”
– Vince Lombardi
Most recently, Net at Work undertook a process of self-examining to better understand who and what we wanted our business mission and values to be. It was clear after this inward-looking that Net at Work wanted to be more than just another “IT services” vendor. We realized we’re a unified team of professionals driven to help businesses unleash their full potential by unlocking the transformative power of technology.
For the Employer Solutions Practice, we’ve always sought to be the valued business partner for our customers. Our services and resources delivered by our highly skilled team are constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of our customers.
What our customers are saying now is that their most pressing issue is talent retention. The main issue facing executives today is how to attract and retain top talent so that their companies can run effectively and efficiently to meet their business needs and goals.
The question is, “what can your business do to improve the employee experience?”. The issue of how businesses can improve the employee experience is what the Employer Solution Practice has taken on as their primary mission and will be working to build resources and services to help our customers develop their own strategy to improve the employee experience. This edition of our bimonthly newsletter offers some insight into this issue that we hope you will find helpful. And as always, never hesitate to reach out to us should you have any questions.
