Peek Under the Hood


Each month one of our webinars is designed to showcase a specific solution.  These sessions are designed to let you ‘peek under the hood’ of our leading products and services.  You can learn how to make the move to a more fully digital solution and how it will benefit your company.

Digital Enablement


Another focus each month is on creating a culture of using digital technology.   Some refer to this as Digital Enablement or a Digital HR Platform (DHRP). The goal is to combine digital solutions into an effective foundation for HR’s activities and responsibilities; to help HR to recognize and deploy digital solutions to the pressing issues they face.

Digital HR Platform


What would a company operating on a DHRP look like?  It would be an agile organization ready to adapt to change.  Each month we explore ways to transform organizations using digital technologies and trends to unleash the power to grow and succeed.

What else?


Every month we offer webinars on our Total Care subscription and moving the Sage HRMS Dynamic – the new version of Sage HRMS.  As additional issues emerge – legal updates, COVID legislative changes and anything else the comes along in 2022 – we will keep you up-to-date with insights from our team as well as experts in the field.

In 2022 we are looking to focus on four areas where your organization can begin (or continue) the journey of digital transformation.

Training and Learning Management

Throughout the first quarter of this year, we are focusing on the tools and benefits of a learning management system.  Whether companies are concerned with effective onboarding, upskilling their current staff to address changes or compliance, learning management play a vital role in the success of an organization.  We are looking at the return on investment for an LMS in terms of productivity as well as specific systems to manage the system.   If your organization is hiring employees, dealing with remote or partially remote workforces or finding the way you do business has changed, an LMS is critical to your success.

The Employee Experience

In the second quarter, we will be looking at the employee experience and how digital enablement can assist companies to better communicate with their employees.  Many organizations have embraced employee and manager self service as a way to communicate with employees.  However, there is a whole new generation of digital tools available to companies of all sizes.  For example, we will be looking at the rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in employee interactions.  Payroll departments are beginning to seriously consider on-demand payrolls; the possibility and ramifications of paying employees in cryptocurrencies is approaching the mainstream. Generational change in the workforce and work-from-home add complexity to interactions with employees and we will be looking at specific ways to make those interactions positive.

Measure Employee Engagement

In the third quarter, we plan to focus on measurement of the effects of employee engagement.  How do we know that our DHRP is delivering on the promise of engaging employees and making them more productive?  In these sessions we will be looking at tools and ideas to improve the gathering and analysis of data within HR. We will be looking at digital solutions that can lower the cost per hire; retain employees longer; and allow employees to make a greater contribution to the company’s success.

Productivity

For a DHRP to change the trajectory of a company’s growth, we need to understand how our decisions effect employee engagement and how employee engagement effects a company’s bottom line. In the final quarter of the year, we will be looking at how digital enablement effects the entire organization. And how you can engage your senior management in the effort to digitally transform your organization.
