Printer Not Activated, Error Code-41 or Error Code-30
For those of you who have experienced the painful “Printer Not Activated, Error Code -41 or Error Code -30”, we have a fix for you. This fix will require Admin rights on the workstation as well as Sage rights to run the PL_AdvancedOptions_Ui utility.
Start by logging into Sage.
Select File (top left of the screen), then click Run
Type in PL_AdvancedOptions
A date window will pop up – accept todays date.
This window will open:
Click on the Install Converter button at the bottom.
You may be prompted to either log in as an Administrator, or just accept to run the program. There will be no ‘Finished’ button – it will just end and take you back to the Paperless Office Advanced Options window. Once it does finish, click the Test Converter button. A PDF window will open that shows the Converter has been installed. Close the PDF.
Close the Paperless Office Advanced Options window.
Now try to print the register you were trying to print when the error appeared. If you still have issues, please call the Net at Work Help desk at 888.494.9479.
